SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within Greece and internationally through Box Now, ACS Courier, and ELTA Courier.
For deliveries within Greece, Box Now is recommended whenever available, as it is often the fastest shipping option. Orders shipped via Box Now are usually dispatched on the same day.
Orders sent through ACS Courier or ELTA Courier are dispatched every Wednesday and Friday.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
RETURNS
Customers may request an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving their order if the item is defective or if an incorrect size has been received. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact Porfyria at info@porfyria.art, stating your order number and full contact details. Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
